But it worked before.<\/p>\n<p>After some investigation I found that if my user in the Local Administrators group &#8211; it works. After googling I supposed it&#8217;s related to DCOM and found this: <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/kb\/884910\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/kb\/884910<\/a><\/p>\n<p>So, the resolution for me was adding my users to DCOM: Machine Access &#8230; policy in my GPO and grant all permissions for it.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Modify the Group Policy where you enabled the DCOM security-related policies, and then add the Remote Assistance Helpers group with both local and remote access permissions. To do this, follow these steps:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ol class=\"sbody-alpha_list\">\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Open the Group Policy object. To do this on the local Windows computer, click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Start<\/strong>, click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Run<\/strong>, type <span class=\"sbody-userinput\">gpedit.msc<\/span>, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">OK<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Expand <strong class=\"uiterm\">Computer Configuration<\/strong>, expand <strong class=\"uiterm\">Windows Settings<\/strong>, expand <strong class=\"uiterm\">Security Settings<\/strong>, expand <strong class=\"uiterm\">Local Policies<\/strong>, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Security Options<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Double-click <strong class=\"uiterm\">DCOM: Machine Access Restrictions in Security Descriptor Definition Language (SDDL) syntax<\/strong> if this policy is enabled.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Edit Security<\/strong>, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Add<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Locations<\/strong>, click your domain, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">OK<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Type <span class=\"sbody-userinput\">Remote Assistance Helpers<\/span>, click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Check Names<\/strong>, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">OK<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Click to select the <strong class=\"uiterm\">Remote Access<\/strong> check box in the <strong class=\"uiterm\">Allow<\/strong> column, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">OK<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Apply<\/strong>, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">OK<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Double-click <strong class=\"uiterm\">DCOM: Machine Launch Restrictions in Security Descriptor Definition Language (SDDL) syntax<\/strong> if this policy is enabled.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote><p>Follow steps d through f to add the Remote Assistance Helpers security group to this policy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click to select all the check boxes in the <strong class=\"uiterm\">Allow<\/strong> column, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong class=\"uiterm\">Apply<\/strong>, and then click <strong class=\"uiterm\">OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Close the Group Policy Object Editor snap-in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I met a strange issue with Remote Assistance: I couldn&#8217;t connect with msra to several PCs.
