{"id":1060,"date":"2018-10-16T09:44:30","date_gmt":"2018-10-16T07:44:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dety.net.ua\/?p=1060"},"modified":"2018-10-16T09:44:30","modified_gmt":"2018-10-16T07:44:30","slug":"exchange-2010-re-index-db","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dety.net.ua\/?p=1060","title":{"rendered":"Exchange 2010 + Re-index DB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Issue: Users can&#8217;t find some e-mails with searching<\/p>\n<p>The Internet suggest several ways to resolve the issue like:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy \u2013Identity \u2018DB2\u2019 \u2013CatalogOnly<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>or<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. stop the Exchange Search Indexer and Search service<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. go to the location of the mailbox database.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. there should be a folder called catalog{GUID}. Delete the folder<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Restart the Exchange Search Indexer and Search service.
