Bitlocker asks the Recovery key at every boot

It happened due to Group Policy and Legacy boot in BIOS in my case.

To fix:

1. Decrypt a disk.
2. Run cmd as Administrator and: mbr2gpt /validate /AllowFullOS, then mbr2gpr /convert /AllowFullOS
3. Reboot and enter to BIOS. Change Boot from Legacy to UEFI.
4. Encrypt a disk. (If error about a file – rename C:\Windows\System32\Recovery\REAgent.xml and try again).
